Cardiovascular drills, plyometrics, body weight resistance training, stability, endurance and core training.

This class is taught via ZOOM plus 6 people may attend in the classroom.

To register for ZOOM click HERE.  Member registrations will be approved 1 business day after registration request. You will receive a confirmation email when approved that includes the “Join” link.

To register to attend in the classroom, log into the Member Portal, use the El Gancho APP, or call the Front Desk.
