* Household or family membership information
* Account and billing information
* Payment information
* Program, class, and reservation information
* Other information reasonably necessary to administer the membership and provide club services
This member profile exists as part of El Gancho’s administration of the membership regardless of whether the member chooses to use the online member portal or mobile application.
2. Club Automation Member Portal and Mobile Application
El Gancho uses Club Automation as its club management system.
Existing El Gancho members may choose to establish login credentials that allow them to access the member-facing portion of their existing membership profile through the Club Automation member portal and El Gancho mobile application.
Establishing login credentials for the member portal or mobile application does not create a new El Gancho membership or a separate membership account. The member portal and mobile application provide members with access to their existing El Gancho membership information and available member services.
Depending upon the services available to the member, members may use the portal or mobile application to:
* View information associated with their membership;
* Update contact information;
* Add or update payment information;
* Register for classes;
* Reserve swim lanes;
* Reserve tennis courts; and
* Access other available member services.
Information submitted or updated through the member portal or mobile application is used to administer the member’s El Gancho membership and provide the services requested by the member.
3. Payment Information
Members may provide or update payment information in connection with their El Gancho membership, including through the member portal or mobile application.
Payment information is processed through payment services integrated with our club management system and is used for membership-related payments, purchases, fees, and other authorized transactions.
El Gancho does not sell payment information or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
4. How We Use Personal Information
El Gancho may use personal information to:
* Establish and administer memberships;
* Maintain accurate membership and contact records;

Ending a membership, discontinuing use of the member portal or mobile application, or deleting the mobile application from a device does not automatically delete the underlying El Gancho membership record.
Certain information may be retained after a membership ends when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, accounting, insurance, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
8. Accessing or Correcting Your Information
Members may be able to review or update certain contact, account, or payment information through the member portal or mobile application.
Members may also contact El Gancho regarding questions about their membership information or to request that inaccurate information be corrected.
Requests concerning deletion of personal information will be evaluated based on the nature of the information, the individual’s relationship with El Gancho, and any applicable legal, contractual, accounting, insurance, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

The El Gancho mobile application provides existing members with mobile access to the member-facing portion of El Gancho’s Club Automation system.
Information that a member views, submits, or updates through the mobile application is used in connection with the member’s existing El Gancho membership and requested club services.
El Gancho does not sell personal information collected or accessed through the mobile application.
Use of the mobile application is optional and is not required to maintain an El Gancho membership.

El Gancho may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
